Starting with our core ingredient from the sea, we capture the ionic electrolytes stored in 100-gallons of ocean water and condense them into a 1-gallon liquid electrolyte solution. Our dense electrolyte is safe and increases conductivity and hydrogen gas in HHO Generators.

Our product development staff is testing new configurations of HHO Generators and working side by side with our clients to develop more effective new products. As we have expanded our client base, we see the results vary according to the configuration and the materials used in the HHO Generator. One HHO configuration that has yielded great performance is a square case with 21 to 30 4x6 316 stainless steel plates. Between every positive and negative the design configuration has between 3 to 5 neutral plates. The increased surface area and the neutral plates lower the amps while increasing hydrogen gas production. Some of our commercial clients are running super cells generating tremendous liters of gas for the trucking industry.

Hydrogen gas production is proving to be very successful in increasing fuel mileage, however these processes still require more testing and long-term validation. Because each HHO Generator configuration yields different results, SMW suggests that you purchase the assortment test pack and then purchase in bulk after a successful test.
